I’m fully aware that I’m only as good as my last job. So I’m very focused on making sure I provide a first class service, at all times. I abide by a professional Code of Conduct, and my performance is regularly measured by surveys I conduct with customers. But, I’m human, and so very occasionally things don’t go quite to plan – if that does happen rest assured I’ll resolve the matter swiftly and with the minimum of inconvenience.
